Alright, so I decided to get one of those long snake toys for my dog the other day. Saw it hanging there in the pet aisle, looked kinda silly but also like something he might actually go for. My dog, Buddy, he tends to either ignore toys completely or absolutely shred them in minutes, there's like, no in-between.

So, how's the snake holding up? Surprisingly well, actually. It's been a few days now. The squeaker still works, much to my ears' dismay. There are a few teeth marks, especially around the head section, but no major rips or tears yet. He hasn't pulled any stuffing out, which is honestly a minor miracle. He still picks it up and gives it a good shake now and then, or just carries it to his bed.

Was it worth the few bucks? Yeah, I think so. It's lasted longer than I expected, and he actually seems to like it consistently, not just for five minutes. It's not indestructible, I can see weak points starting, but it's given him some good fun. Definitely better than some of the expensive "tough" toys that lasted less time.
